From inside the app
- Open Get That Shape AI and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog — your account and all data are erased immediately and permanently.

By email
Email support@getthatshapeai.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.
What data is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

| Workout plan, completed workouts, logged lifts & reps | Yes — permanently |
| Body-weight history and heart-rate records | Yes — permanently |
| Friends, friend requests, challenges | Yes — permanently |
| Push-notification token | Yes — permanently |
What is retained
We do not retain any of your personal data after deletion. Your subscription itself is managed by Google Play; to stop billing, cancel the subscription in the Google Play Store (Play Store → Subscriptions). Anonymous purchase records required by Google Play / RevenueCat for accounting may be retained by those providers under their own policies, but contain no profile or fitness data.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered.
