1.Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Get That Shape AI. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2.What the app does

Get That Shape AI generates personalized workout plans and fitness guidance using artificial intelligence, based on the profile and training information you provide. It lets you log workouts, track progress, optionally connect a Bluetooth heart-rate device, and use social features such as friends and challenges.

3.Health & fitness disclaimer

Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or take medication. Exercise carries inherent risks. You participate in any activity suggested by the app at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

4.AI-generated content

Plans and tips are produced by automated AI systems and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Use your own judgment and do not rely on the app as your sole source of fitness or health information.

5.Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to not impersonate others or misuse the social features. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account, or by emailing us.

6.Subscriptions, free trial & billing

• The app offers a paid subscription, which may begin with a free trial. Pricing and trial length are shown in the app and on Google Play at the time of purchase.
• Unless cancelled, the subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period, and your payment method (via Google Play) is charged the then-current price.
• If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription automatically.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments, refunds, and renewals are handled by Google Play under its terms; we do not process card details directly.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including: attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, reverse-engineering or disrupting the service, uploading harmful content, or using the social features to harass other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8.Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content (excluding data you provide) are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial fitness use only.

9.Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers and liability limits) will continue to apply.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app, the AI-generated content, or any third-party service.

11.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
